Team overview

The Hurricane Battalion Academic Team specializes in competing in trivia/jeopardy-like competitions with a team of five cadets. These competitions consist of questions ranging from topics like football championships and blockbuster movies to topics like physics, geography, and mythology. This team not only tests your intelligence but your buzzer-beater skills and quick thinking. Our program will always support any cadet who wants to get involved and can better our competitive goals. Our academic team has two levels of teams: Team A (varsity) and Team B (junior varsity). Our 2023-2024 captain is Cadet Lieutenant Colonel Maya Dye and our team rosters are yet to be decided and will be based on academic team tryouts.
